Phillip Island Waterfront House offers comfortable, family and group-friendly accommodation with stunning southern ocean and bay views.  Absolute beachfront positioned, located in beautiful Surf Beach with the sand and surf just metres from the doorstep.  Our three level beach house accommodates up to 15 guests with four bedrooms all with ensuites allowing for privacy. Every room in the house has amazing ocean or bay views.  Enjoy our free NBN Wifi and Netflix and be entertained with our billiards room, arcade machine, ping pong table, darts and much more!

As with all holiday house accommodation on Phillip Island, please provide your own top and bottom sheets, towels and pillow cases. However unlike some other holiday homes we like to provide bathmats, hand towels and tea towels. If you require a linen hire service, please contact us.

It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. Please provide ages upon booking request.
You will be required to sign Terms & Conditions and provide our office with a copy of your drivers license and bond prior to your arrival.

Nearby

• Our awesome house is only 200 metres from the surf beach and a short walk also to the famous Surfies Point.  
• On the doorstep is a nature reserve where you can spot wallabies and echidnas.  From the months of late September – early May Shearwater birds nest in the rookery right across the road.  It is truly magical to watch them circling the sky each evening just after sunset as they make their way back to their burrows.
• For those with children, there is a playground with BBQ just a few doors away.
• There is a Bottle O bottle shop which is walking distance to the house where you can also purchase newspapers and some basic grocery items.
• Next to the Bottle O is a fantastic coffee van and pizza van.
• It is a short drive to the penguin parade and nearby Cowes or San Remo where there is a huge range of restaurants and shops.
