Hot Water System

How to Turn the Gas Hot Water Back On

If there has been a power outage, the gas hot water system may need to be restarted.

Steps:

  1. Press the β€œOn/Off” button on one hot water controller on each level.

Controller Locations:

  • Level 1: Laundry cupboard or billiard room (left-hand side of the sink)
  • Level 2: Under the kitchen sink or in the Pyramid Rock Room wardrobe

Gas Log Fire

How to Use the Gas Log Fire

The gas log fire runs on bottled gas. Please turn it off when not in use to ensure there is enough gas supply for your stay.

To operate:

  1. Turn on the timer switch (bottom-right of the unit) – this runs for 3 hours
  2. To reset the timer, flick the switch off and then on again

Notes:

  • The fan will automatically turn on after approximately 15 minutes
  • The fan will continue to run for around 15 minutes after heating stops
  • If needed, the pilot light can be re-lit via the front panel (see video below)
