Phillip Island Waterfront House is our much-loved family beach house – and we love sharing it with guests looking for a relaxed, easy coastal escape.
Set right on the beachfront in Surf Beach, the house enjoys sweeping 270-degree ocean and bay views, with the sand and surf just metres from the door. Every room looks out to the water, creating a calm, connected feeling to the surrounding landscape.
Designed for families and groups, the home offers generous space to gather, unwind and enjoy time together. Whether it’s long lunches at the dining table, games in the billiards room, or quiet mornings watching the waves, this is a place to truly switch off.
With a large open-plan living area, separate games room and four ensuite bedrooms, there’s room for everyone to relax without feeling on top of each other.
Enjoy billiards, table tennis, darts, a 1200+ game arcade machine, plus books, puzzles and multiple TVs - perfect for both kids and adults.
Step straight out to the beach for walks, swimming or surfing. Watch the ocean from the living room, balcony, or even the bath.

This is our much-loved family beach home, where our three kids have grown up spending time by the ocean – learning to surf, exploring the island, and making lifelong memories. It’s a place that means a lot to us, and we genuinely love sharing it with others.
Being right on the ocean, the house does show some signs of coastal wear from time to time – the elements have a way of leaving their mark. What you’ll always find, though, is a clean, welcoming and comfortable space in an unbeatable location. We’re continually maintaining and improving it so it can be enjoyed for years to come.
